Products(11)

Direct thermal requires no ribbon, suitable for short-term labels (shipping, receipts). Thermal transfer uses ribbon for durable labels (product labels, asset tags). See our Learning Center for detailed comparison.
Wax ribbon for coated paper (general use), wax-resin for synthetic paper (better scratch resistance), full resin for PET/PP (heat and water resistant). Send us your labels for compatibility testing if unsure.
Yes. PI (Polyimide) labels withstand 300°C+, suitable for SMT reflow ovens and automotive parts tracking. We also offer 260°C and 200°C grades.
Desktop printers suit offices or retail with under 1,000 labels/day — compact and affordable. Industrial printers handle thousands to tens of thousands daily on production lines or warehouses, with superior durability and speed. Tell us your daily volume and we'll recommend the right model.
203dpi works well for general shipping labels and large barcodes — best value. 300dpi suits small text, high-density barcodes, or fine graphics (medical labels, electronics). Some models offer 600dpi for ultra-precision needs.
Labels come in face-in (wound inward) and face-out (wound outward). Most desktop printers use face-out labels; industrial printers support both. Confirm your printer's requirements before ordering, or contact us for help.
Main types: UHF (long-range, ideal for logistics) and HF (short-range, for access control). Special variants include on-metal tags and high-temperature RFID labels. We recommend selecting based on your application — test samples available.
Some models can. Certain industrial RFID printers are specially designed to handle on-metal tags up to 2mm+ thick, suitable for asset management and industrial tracking. We recommend sending tag samples for testing before purchase.
Depends on model and usage — typically 8 to 20+ hours on a full charge. For example, a common 3-inch mobile printer printing every 2 minutes at ~12% coverage can last over a full workday. Check specific model specs or contact us for details.
Yes. PP and PET synthetic labels with full resin ribbon provide waterproof, oil-proof, and UV-resistant properties — suitable for outdoor equipment plates, chemical containers, and refrigerated environments. Dedicated outdoor weatherproof labels also available.
Frozen labels use special adhesive formulas that maintain adhesion at -40°C or below. We offer frozen food labels and cold chain logistics labels that stick on frosted surfaces. For extreme cold like liquid nitrogen (-196°C), specialized cryo-grade materials are needed.

Technical(5)

TSC and GoDEX: 1-year factory warranty (excluding printhead). Zebra: 1-3 years depending on model. Printheads are consumables, warranted for 3-6 months or specific mileage.
Yes. We provide repair services for TSC, GoDEX, Zebra and other brands. Free repairs under warranty (excluding consumables), paid repairs and parts replacement out of warranty.
Yes. We have extensive ERP integration experience, supporting major systems like SAP, Oracle, and local ERP platforms. Full integration service from data formatting to label template design.
Printhead lifespan is typically 30-50 km (about 100K-300K labels), varying by label material and ribbon quality. If prints show broken lines, blur, or partial blanks, the printhead likely needs replacement. Using quality ribbons and labels extends lifespan significantly.
Clean after every ribbon or label roll change. Use a dedicated cleaning pen or lint-free cloth with isopropyl alcohol, wiping gently along the printhead. Regular cleaning prevents print quality degradation and premature printhead damage. Never use sharp objects to scrape the printhead.
